What do I need to get started?

Just an Intervals.icu account (free), which automatically gathers your data from your watch or app (Garmin, Strava, Polar, COROS, Suunto, Wahoo…). You paste its API key in 2 minutes after signing up — that's it. The AI (Claude) is included in the subscription, you have no key to create.

Which watches and apps are compatible?

Almost all of them: Sports Coach works through Intervals.icu, which syncs with Garmin, Strava, Polar, COROS, Suunto, Wahoo, Zwift and many more. Structured workouts can be pushed back to your watch (Garmin in particular).

Which athletes is it for?

Endurance sports: triathlon (sprint to Ironman), running (10K to ultra-trail), cycling, trail running, swimming. All levels — from beginner to veteran. The coach adapts to your thresholds, history and race calendar.

Why this price?

The coach uses Claude Opus (Anthropic), one of the most capable AI models. Each plan, brief and chat has an API cost. At this price we cover costs and fund future development.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your Intervals.icu key stays on our server only to run the coach for you. No data is shared. You can export or delete your account at any time.

How do I cancel?

From your account → Subscription → Manage my subscription (Stripe). Immediate cancellation, access until the end of the paid period.
