Training for Sierre-Zinal
43 weeks remain before 07/08/2027. That is exactly the window your plan is built on.
A sound build works backwards from race day: a base block, a race-specific block at goal pace, then a taper so you arrive fresh. Sports Coach AI does that maths for you, adjusts every week to your actual form, and sends a detailed brief (pacing, nutrition, gear) before the start. On a trail, vertical gain matters more than distance: train the descents as much as the climbs, and rehearse your fuelling in training.
